We use your information to process your order, produce and deliver your creatives, issue your tax invoice, and communicate with you about your project and our service.

Service providers we use

We share information with trusted providers only as needed to deliver the service:

• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Airtable — to manage order records.
• Google Drive — to store your project assets.
• UploadThing — to receive your uploaded files.
• Make — to automate order workflows.
• WhatsApp — to message you about your order.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — to measure how the site is used.
• Microsoft Clarity — to understand site interactions and improve usability.

Storing and retaining your data

Uploaded files are transferred to secure project storage and the temporary upload copy is deleted once the durable copy is verified.

Order and invoice records are retained as required for tax and legal purposes. Finished assets remain available to you for a reasonable period after delivery; please keep your own copies.

Cloud storage

Uploaded product photos, brand assets, briefs, and related materials may be stored in secure cloud services used to provide the service, including Google Drive, Airtable, UploadThing, and related processors. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and approved service providers.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent, subject to records we must retain for legal and tax reasons. To exercise these rights, contact us using the WhatsApp link in the footer or your order confirmation email.

Saudi data protection

We handle personal data in alignment with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Our analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies. Where consent is required, it will be requested in accordance with applicable regulations.
