About this service

Purple Camel Creative Lab provides a productized creative service: you choose a package and pay online, complete a short creative brief, then either ship your product to our studio or submit professional product photos for review. Our team photographs your product and produces premium, AI-assisted creatives under human art direction, and delivers your finished assets.

Production is human-led. Our art directors direct, review, and approve every project; AI is used only to accelerate exploration and production. We never deliver AI-only work without human creative direction and quality control.

Pricing, VAT, and invoicing

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyal and are VAT-inclusive: each price already includes 15% value-added tax. A ZATCA-compliant tax invoice, breaking out the VAT portion, is issued for every paid order.

Package scope is fixed per tier. Product variants (different sizes, colours, or scents of the same item) are included as part of that product and are not counted as additional products.

Shipping your product

For orders that require shipment, you arrange and pay for sending your product to our studio. Please ship within 7 days of payment.

We send shipping reminders on day 3 and day 6. If your product has not arrived within 14 days of payment, your order is placed On Hold. An order On Hold is not cancelled — it resumes as soon as you ship.

Existing product photos and the shipment waiver

If you already have professional product photography, you may submit it instead of shipping. A human creative specialist reviews your photos within 24 hours.

Approval is at Purple Camel's discretion and is not guaranteed. After review, one of three outcomes applies:

• Approved — your photos are accepted and no shipment is needed.
• Partially Approved — some assets are accepted; you ship the remaining items.
• Shipment Required — you ship your product so we can photograph it in our studio.

Production and the 72-hour delivery window

Your 72-hour production window begins when your order becomes production-ready — the later of (a) your product being received and verified at our studio (or your photos being approved) and (b) your brief being submitted.

For orders submitting professional photos, the 24-hour asset review takes place before the 72-hour window begins. The window does not start at the time of payment.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds: 1 with Starter, 2 with Professional, and 3 with Growth.

A revision is one consolidated list of changes, submitted within 5 days of delivery. A request for a new creative direction is treated as a new order.

Returns and disposal

Return shipping of your product after the shoot is optional and available as a paid add-on. If you do not add return shipping, you authorize Purple Camel to dispose of the product after your project is complete.

Ownership and usage rights

On delivery, you own full commercial rights to the final assets we produce for you, to use across your marketing and sales channels.

Portfolio rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Purple Camel may display delivered work in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, social media, and sales materials. For unreleased products or confidential launches, Purple Camel will respect agreed confidentiality restrictions and may delay or avoid public display until approved by the client.

Confidentiality

We regularly work with unreleased products under confidentiality. Your product and project details are kept private until you choose to make them public.

Force majeure

Purple Camel is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform outages, cloud service disruptions, government actions, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other force majeure events.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purple Camel's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific order. Purple Camel is not responsible for indirect, consequential, incidental, or lost-profit damages.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
